About the Role

Our client, a prominent operator in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Field Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee operations in the Paarl, Western Cape region. This role is critical for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable execution of field operations, including production, maintenance, and HSE activities. The successful candidate will lead a team of field operators and technicians, fostering a strong safety culture and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
