Placements24 is seeking a Senior Field Operations Engineer to lead day-to-day upstream production activities in the Northern Cape. You will drive optimization, oversee field teams, and ensure safe, compliant operations across multiple assets.

You will collaborate with drilling, reservoir, and maintenance teams to plan and execute integrated field operations, leveraging strong technical foundations in petroleum or mechanical engineering and extensive hands-on field experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in upstream oil and gas field operations.
• Proven experience in production operations management and optimization.
• Strong understanding of well operations, artificial lift, and production equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
