Job summary

D2B is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Fashion & Retail. You will manage recruitment assignments, build relationships with clients and candidates, and develop talent networks across Australian and US markets.

This remote role is based in South Africa and offers a competitive base salary with a strong commission structure. You will work approximately 30 hours per week, with six hours per day, five days, aligned to the Australian business day.

Qualifications

• Solid recruitment agency experience in fashion/retail.
• Strong headhunting and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work remotely with offshore teams.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments from briefing to placement.
• Proactively headhunt candidates via LinkedIn and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across markets.
• Present qualified shortlists with summaries for clients.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate relationships.
