Qualifications

• MSW degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments of families and individuals.
• Develop and review individualized care plans.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions and counseling to families and children.
• Manage complex cases including child protection and crises.
• Coordinate with schools, healthcare providers and legal services.
• Facilitate support groups and workshops for families.
• Mentor and supervise junior social work staff.
• Maintain confidential case records per ethical standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to services.
