You will drive safety, efficiency, and operational readiness across facilities, managing budgets, schedules, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has extensive facilities management experience, deep knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and preventative programs.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and remote oversight of on-site teams.
• Control and manage the facilities maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee selection, contracting, and performance management of third-party vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead upgrades, repairs, and energy management initiatives.
