Job summary

Henry Fagan Consulting Engineers & Project Managers is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of offices and facilities in Gauteng, ensuring safety, functionality and timely maintenance. The role includes coordinating internal teams and external contractors, with possible after-hours work for critical issues.

3–5 years' related experience and a maintenance or building-related qualification are preferred, with a valid driver’s licence advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' relevant experience in general maintenance, building maintenance, electrical maintenance, or a similar role.
• Certificate, trade qualification, diploma or other relevant qualification in maintenance or related field is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of company offices, buildings, and facilities.
• Attend to day-to-day maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements and safety risks.
• Coordinate external contractors and service providers for specialised maintenance.
• Provide general maintenance support to ensure a safe and functional working environment.
