Profile Personnel in Pretoria, Gauteng seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance operations effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing the preventive maintenance program, diagnosing plant issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The ideal candidate must possess a Degree/Diploma in Engineering with dual trade in Electro-mechanical and have over 7 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance department.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma or N6 qualification in engineering with dual trade in Electro-mechanical.
• 7 years’ experience in supervision of a maintenance department.
• Knowledge in instrumentation and programming is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work unit to achieve objectives.
• Diagnose plant and equipment problems.
• Compile and supervise the Preventive Maintenance Programme.
• Monitor and maintain Quality within the Maintenance Function.
