Job summary

• F&B/Resort management experience preferred.
• Budgeting and operational financial management knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Understanding of Property and Revenue Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Full management responsibility of the Food & Beverage division and assisting the Resort Manager.
• Drive revenue growth and manage operations to meet or exceed budgets.
• Oversee HR, guest relations, and staff administration.
• Maintain service standards across all departments and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, stock control, and supplier relationships.
• Support the Resort Manager in running the resort operationally when required.
