Job summary

The Beekman Group in Umhlanga Cabanas - Coral & Canopy is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Resorts team. You will supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, ensure high cleanliness standards, and allocate daily duties.

You will also manage stock control, assist Reception with cash handling and general administration, and conduct staff appraisals. The role requires 3–5 years in hospitality housekeeping and strong organisation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in housekeeping in hotel/resort settings.
• Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or senior housekeeping role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Experience with stock control and inventory management.
• Cash handling, receipts and general administration experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff daily.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards across areas.
• Allocate and monitor daily duties for the team.
• Oversee stock control and stock takes.
