Job summary

Innovazi Consulting (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Export Controller to manage the end-to-end Seafreight export process, plan and coordinate export movements, and process customs documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years in freight forwarding, a strong understanding of Incoterms, export documentation, and statutory clearance procedures, plus excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to stay highly organized under pressure.

Qualifications

• Matric is required for the role.
• Freight forwarding qualification is advantageous to have.
• 5-7 years' Export Controller experience in Clearing & Forwarding is required.
• Experience managing the full export process from start to finish is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export freight documentation.
• Understanding of customs and statutory clearance procedures, international trade principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate export freight movements.
• Manage the end-to-end Seafreight export process.

• Ensure accurate file administration.
