Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed geological mapping, sampling, and core logging to identify mineralised zones.
• Plan and supervise exploration drilling programs, including target generation and data interpretation.

• Prepare resource estimates and technical reports per international standards (JORC, NI 43-101).

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mineral exploration, with a strong focus on gold, base metals, or relevant commodities.
• Demonstrated success in discovering and defining economic mineral deposits.
• Proficiency in geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, ioGAS, Datamine, Vulcan).
• Excellent understanding of geophysical and geochemical exploration techniques and data interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effective, and meet project deadlines in a remote setting.
• Previous experience with remote work setups and virtual team collaboration tools.
