Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Geology or Economic Geology.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in mineral exploration.
• Extensive experience with exploration techniques and geological software (Leapfrog, ArcGIS, ioGAS).
• Strong understanding of structural geology, mineral systems, and deposit modeling.
• Experience in managing budgets and remote field teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills for a remote leadership role.
