Qualifications

• Honours Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Geology or a related Earth Science discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of mineral exploration experience with a strong focus on gold deposits.
• Proven track record of successful greenfields and brownfields exploration projects.
• Expertise in geological mapping, structural analysis, and interpretation of geophysical and geochemical data.
• Proficiency in 3D geological modeling software (Leapfrog Geo, Vulcan, Datamine).
• Strong understanding of deposit genesis and exploration targeting strategies for gold.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings clearly.
