Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Conference & Events or related sales in a 4/5* hospitality environment.
• Proven track record in event sales and client relationship management.
• Strong commercial and revenue awareness.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office.
• Driver's licence and own transport advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage conference, MICE, group and private event enquiries.
• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, agencies and partners.
• Conduct client meetings and site inspections.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Negotiate rates, packages and terms within guidelines.
• Upsell accommodation, F&B and ancillary services to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate Function Sheets/Event Orders and communicate requirements.
• Lead and participate in weekly operational meetings for planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, F&B, Front Office, Finance and Operations teams.
• Monitor conversion, revenue and sales performance and report regularly.
• Deliver events seamlessly and to 5★ standards.
