Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in maintenance engineering, with a significant focus on heavy equipment in the mining or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems relevant to heavy machinery.
