Araxi Group is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the design, architecture and delivery of enterprise software, while staying hands-on with development.

You will mentor teams, drive best practices, ensure SDLC governance, and work with clients to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in C# development, deep experience in enterprise architectures, and strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in C# development and software engineering.
• Experience in solution architecture for enterprise systems.
• Ability to design systems aligned to non-functional requirements (performance, scalability).

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-level software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Participate in hands-on development to ensure architectural alignment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Address non-functional requirements such as security and performance.
• Engage with clients to present solutions and gain buy-in.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance technical capability.
• Ensure effective SDLC processes and delivery governance.
• Take ownership of technical delivery, including risk identification and mitigation.
