You will mentor developers, contribute to pre‑sales engagements and solution design, and drive best practices while working with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑quality enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• BSc Computer Science or related tertiary qualification.
• Extensive experience in software development and solution architecture.
• Strong object‑oriented programming expertise.
• Advanced C# and .NET development experience.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable software solutions aligned to business and technical requirements
• Evaluate deployment environments, performance expectations, maintainability, and long‑term solution viability
• Provide technical guidance regarding technology choices, architecture decisions, and trade‑offs
• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex technical challenges
• Conduct code reviews and establish development standards and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement of software delivery processes and methodologies
• Mentor and support developers and technical team members
• Provide expert input on project estimations, technical feasibility, and solution scope
• Contribute to pre‑sales engagements, solution proposals, and technical presentations
• Participate in recruitment, technical assessments, and performance management initiatives
