Job summary

Farm Manager SA is seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader to own and grow a territory covering 100,000+ serviceable acres. You will close high-value deals, build relationships with farm managers and technical stakeholders, and drive the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

You will generate pipelines through industry connections and events, maintain CRM discipline, and contribute to pricing strategy and market positioning.

Qualifications

• Prior agriculture or ag-tech sales experience required.
• 3-7+ years in a similar role across growing, agronomy, ag equipment, ag inputs, or packhouse operations.
• Proven sales track record with six-figure contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an enterprise territory representing 100,000+ serviceable acres and close high-value deals.
• Generate pipeline through industry relationships and events.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery and in-field demos to ROI development, negotiation and close.
• Build trusted relationships with farm managers, agronomists, executives and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene; ensure smooth handoffs to deployment operations and customer success.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and field demos.
• Help shape pricing strategy and market positioning.
