Clinix Health Group (Pty) Ltd seeks a Group Employee Relations Specialist to promote a fair, compliant, and productive workplace. You will manage grievance, disciplinary and dispute resolution processes, advise on labour legislation, and support unions and management to align with CHG objectives.

The role requires 7–10 years in employee relations, experience with unions, and strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years' experience in Employee Relations, HR, or related field.
• Experience with labour unions, employee representatives, and stakeholder groups.
• Extensive experience in collective bargaining and union relations.

Aufgaben

• Manage collective bargaining and union relations across CHG facilities.
• Lead negotiations with trade unions and secure fair agreements.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with unions through engagement and communication.
• Ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements relating to collective bargaining.
• Provide expert guidance on labour agreements and union-related matters.
• Support managers and HR in unionised environments.
• Standardise employment relations practices across CHG facilities.
• Facilitate disciplinary, grievance and workplace conduct processes.
• Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts to minimise disruption.
• Represent CHG at CCMA and Labour Court where required.
• Educate management and employees on labour law compliance and workplace rights.
• Establish and maintain reporting standards for employment relations.
