Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
• Extensive experience in representing the company in internal disciplinary matters and CCMA.
• Experience dealing with Bargaining Councils and Unions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
• Serve as main contact for employee relations matters.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
• Prepare cases for disciplinary and labor court matters.
• Handle negotiations with labor unions.
