Responsibilities

• Develop and execute R&D strategies and product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers across electronics, hardware and embedded systems.
• Oversee product development from concept to production and lifecycle management.
• Present strategies and project progress to executive stakeholders and align with commercial priorities.
