You will lead multidisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and researchers, manage plans, schedules, budgets, and risks, and ensure rigorous documentation and knowledge sharing

Formación

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in R&D environments.
• Proven success leading complex, innovative R&D projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of scientific methodologies, product development lifecycles, and IP considerations.
• Leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing remote teams using advanced collaboration tools.
