Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Pr.Eng registration with ECSA mandatory.
• 10+ years in electrical engineering with power generation focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering aspects from concept to handover.
• Develop detailed electrical designs for distribution, protection and controls.
• Ensure compliance with SA and international standards and safety policies.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and staff.
• Oversee procurement, construction support, commissioning and testing.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and prepare reports.
