• 10+ years of experience in the power generation industry, with a strong focus on electrical systems.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale electrical projects and maintenance operations.
• In-depth knowledge of high-voltage systems, generators, transformers, switchgear, and protection relays.
• Experience with power plant control systems and instrumentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site.

• Lead the design, engineering, and implementation of electrical systems for power generation, including turbines, generators, and control systems.
• Develop and manage electrical maintenance and outage plans to ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform complex electrical studies, including load forecasting, fault analysis, and protection system coordination.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting for electrical equipment and systems.
