WSP in Africa is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join the property and build services team. You will provide technical leadership for HV/MV/LV power systems in data centre and industrial projects, ensuring resilience and continuity.

You will coordinate with a global team, manage design and budget, and maintain high-quality deliverables across project lifecycles. Data centre experience is advantageous.

Qualificações

• Minimum BSc Eng. or B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Registration with ECSA (Pr.Eng or Pr.Tech Eng) required.
• At least 10 years of consulting engineering experience in building services/industrial environments.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate designs, calculations, budgets, and tender specifications for high-reliability power systems.
• Lead and coordinate with a global multi-disciplinary team across data centre and industrial projects.
• Deliver projects from inception to close-out with focus on data centres and client satisfaction.
• Manage client relations, fee structures, and project financials including WIP and invoicing.
• Ensure design reviews meet quality standards and align with IEC/SANS/BS standards.
