Job summary

Keystone Project Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineering Lead based in Pretoria to direct EC&I design across projects, mentor teams, and ensure on-time, compliant delivery. You will own electrical and control system design from concept through commissioning, work with PLC/SCADA, and coordinate with clients while travelling as required to support project outcomes.

Role requires a B.Eng./BSc in Electrical Engineering with Pr.Eng registration and a proven track record leading

Qualifications

• B.Eng. / BSc in Electrical Engineering. ECSA Registered Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng.). Strong hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering and Design.
• Experience with PLC, SCADA, Electrical and Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) systems.
• Proven experience leading electrical engineering/design teams.

Minimum Requirements

B.Eng. / BSc in Electrical Engineering . ECSA Registered Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng.) . Strong hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering and Design . Experience with PLC, SCADA, Electrical and Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) systems. Proven experience leading electrical engineering/design teams. Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills. Experience taking ownership of projects from design through to commissioning and final handover . Based in Pretoria and willing to travel as required .

Key Requirements

Hands-on design experience and proven expertise in leading electrical design from project inception and concept development, through detailed design, PLC/SCADA and control & instrumentation integration, commissioning and complete project handover.
