Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience with e-commerce focus.
• Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling e-commerce products.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce business models and customer journeys.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the e-commerce platform.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities.
• Translate business needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Work with UX/UI to create intuitive user experiences.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales.
• Monitor product performance and identify improvements.
• Engage stakeholders to align goals and progress.
• Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Mentor junior product managers as needed.
