Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Product Manager to define the vision and roadmap for digital products in Midrand, Gauteng. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver innovative features and improvements that enhance customer experience and optimize conversions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management for e-commerce, strong UX/UI, and data-driven decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in product management for e-commerce platforms.
• Proven track record launching digital products.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban and agile processes.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for e-commerce platform and related digital products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Translate strategy into detailed specs, user stories, and wireframes.
• Prioritize backlog and manage sprint planning in Agile environment.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive experiences.
• Define and monitor KPIs, analyze performance, iterate based on data.
• Engage stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer service, and operations.
• Launch new features and ensure adoption and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices.
