Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Product Manager for a hybrid role based in Paarl, Western Cape. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, translating market needs into features and an actionable roadmap.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to drive product success, monitor metrics, and iterate on features to improve engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in ecommerce or digital products.
• Proven track record of launching and managing digital products.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for e-commerce platform and related products.
• Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and define requirements.
• Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, and specs.
• Prioritize backlog and manage development with agile methods.
