Placements24 partners with a leading international e‑commerce enterprise to hire a Senior E‑commerce Platform Developer. This fully remote role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable platforms powering global operations.

You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with product managers and UX designers, and ensure security, stability, and performance across microservices and third‑party integrations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development, with e-commerce focus.
• Expertise in backend languages: Java, Python, Node.js, or Ruby.
• Strong experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento, SFCC, Shopify Plus, custom-built).
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
