Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote E-commerce Performance Marketer to join our expanding team. You will develop, implement, and optimize data-driven campaigns across paid search and social channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue for our online store.

In this fully remote role, you will monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR, run A/B tests, and collaborate with content and creative teams.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce.
Proven track record managing large-scale paid search and paid social campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics and advertising platforms.
Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies for optimization.
Understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer journey mapping.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms.
Develop and implement customer acquisition, CRO, and CLTV strategies.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
Monitor KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR; provide regular insights.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to craft compelling ads.
Stay updated on industry best practices and platform updates.
