Job summary

Decision Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver DISA projects on time and on budget, aligned to DI PMO methodologies and quality standards. You will lead multi-country ERP implementations, manage budgets, and build strong client relationships.

We require 10+ years of PM experience in IT or Professional Services, PRINCE2/PMBOK advantages, and proven C-suite engagement. A robust MS Project and DevOps toolkit is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years Project Management experience in IT or Professional Services.
• PMP or PRINCE 2 certification advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-country (international) D365 FO implementations with a budget of no less than R40M.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Success by Design framework (Essential).
• Proven track record communicating with C-Suite level executives (CEO, CFO).
• +10 years' experience delivering large ERP implementations with +20 consultants on teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage DISA projects through the full lifecycle.
• Ensure successful outcomes, client satisfaction, and targeted GP margins.
• Build strong client relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain project status, scope, budget, schedule, risks, and dependencies.
• Adhere to DISA PMO governance and set-up project rulebooks and processes.
• Create and maintain detailed MS Project plans and related documentation.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and project financials; drive governance meetings.
