Qualifications
- Must have 7+ years of experience in drilling fluids engineering.
- Degree in Chemical/Petroleum Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of drilling fluid chemistry, rheology, solids control, and additives.
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and optimize drilling fluid systems to meet wellbore requirements.
- Analyze drilling fluid properties, performance data, and field samples to diagnose issues.
- Provide real-time technical support and recommendations to drilling operations teams.
- Develop and implement best practices for drilling fluid management, inventory control, and waste disposal.
- Conduct performance reviews of drilling fluid products and service providers.
- Train and mentor junior drilling fluid engineers and field personnel.
