• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Chemical or Petroleum Engineering) is required.
• Minimum 8 years of drilling fluids engineering experience, with exposure to complex wells.
• Deep knowledge of drilling fluid properties and additives.
• Experience with drilling fluid simulation and analysis software.
• Proven problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects.
