Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Chemical or Petroleum Engineering) is required.
• Minimum 8 years of drilling fluids engineering experience, with exposure to complex wells.
• Deep knowledge of drilling fluid properties and additives.
• Experience with drilling fluid simulation and analysis software.
• Proven problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize drilling fluid programs for various geological conditions and well types.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for drilling fluid operations.
• Troubleshoot issues such as loss circulation, wellbore instability, and formation damage.
• Manage drilling fluid inventory, logistics, and cost control.
• Develop and implement new drilling fluid technologies and procedures.
• Mentor junior drilling fluids engineers and ensure safety and environmental standards compliance.
