You will oversee the full lifecycle of project documents, review technical drawings and contracts, and ensure accurate filing and version control across teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining document control systems, distributing documents to stakeholders, auditing compliance, and training team members on best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete life cycle of construction project documents, including creation, distribution, tracking, and archiving.
• Review construction documents (drawings, specs, contracts) for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and update document control systems to ensure latest versions are accessible and earlier versions archived.
• Distribute documents to stakeholders timely and establish a robust filing and retrieval system.
• Audit project documentation for compliance with requirements and standards.
• Manage electronic and physical document repositories with proper labeling and indexing.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve document-related inquiries.
• Maintain records of correspondence, transmittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Provide guidance and training on document control procedures and systems.
