Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in distribution or logistics management.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
• Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all distribution center operations, including warehousing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance distribution efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
• Oversee transportation logistics, including carrier management and route optimization.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of distribution staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
