Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse and distribution management, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations in e-commerce or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control techniques.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding e-commerce logistics provider, is seeking an experienced Senior Distribution Manager to lead and optimize their distribution hub located in Benoni, Gauteng, ZA . This hybrid position requires a hands‑on leader capable of managing day‑to‑day warehouse operations while also developing strategic plans for scalability and efficiency. You will oversee all aspects of warehousing, inventory control, inbound and outbound logistics, and fleet management, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in warehouse operations, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a keen eye for process improvement.
