Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Executive: Project Value Office to provide senior leadership across the Group's strategic project and transformation portfolio. This role strengthens portfolio governance, enables disciplined programme delivery and ensures major initiatives deliver measurable business value and ROI.

Qualifications

10-12 years' IT, programme or portfolio management experience.
5+ years in a senior management role with enterprise-wide programmes.
Strong governance, benefits realisation and financial tracking skills.
Experience leading a PMO and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the Group-wide value and transformation portfolio to align with priorities and measurable outcomes.
Embed PMO governance frameworks, delivery standards and escalation mechanisms.
Drive benefits realisation, ROI tracking and value measurement across initiatives.
Partner with executive and business stakeholders to manage dependencies and remove barriers.
Oversee portfolio budgets, resources, vendor inputs and delivery capacity.
Lead and develop a high-performing Project Value Office team.
