Placements24 is recruiting a Senior Consultant with expertise in Digital Strategy to join a remote-first management consultancy. You will guide clients through their digital transformation journeys, from strategy formulation to execution, leveraging emerging technologies and business processes to deliver innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and adept at collaborating in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Technology Management, or Computer Science.
• At least 6 years of experience in management consulting with a specialization in digital strategy or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of leading successful digital strategy projects.
• In-depth knowledge of digital trends, technologies, and their business implications.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Experience working effectively in remote or distributed team environments.
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to influence senior executives.
• Demonstrated experience in change management within a digital context.
• Must be authorized to work in South Africa and possess a reliable internet connection for remote work.

Responsabilités

• Develop and articulate compelling digital strategies for clients across various industries.
• Assess clients' digital maturity and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
• Lead the design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives.

• Manage project teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of digital strategy projects.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client leadership.

• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their digital expertise.
