Job summary

Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency blending technology, creativity and data expertise. We seek a Project Manager to drive client projects, manage schedules, budgets and outcomes, and mentor junior staff across paid media, analytics, CRM and ad tech initiatives.

You will own project plans, track progress, and report status, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget while collaborating with client managers to address escalations and optimise performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven project management experience in a digital marketing agency space.
• Understanding of project management methodologies including waterfall and Agile.
• Experience leading projects in digital marketing: paid media, data analytics, CRM, ad tech implementation.
• Experience overseeing project financials within budget constraints.
• Experience or certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge or certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or GMP.

Responsibilities

• Own project needs aligned to client strategy and deliver within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with partners to define goals and success metrics.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines and risk assessments.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and teams.
• Support junior team members by addressing skill gaps and escalation needs.
• Provide revenue and pace insights to ensure adherence to scope and budget.
• Escalate issues to the client collaboratively with the client manager.
