Job summary

Talent Shore Ltd. in South Africa is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager & Studio Manager for a 6–12 month fixed-term contract with potential extension or permanent role. You’ll be embedded in up to four accounts, guiding digital workflows and aligning strategy, creative and development teams.

The role requires 5+ years in agency PM, strong remote-work experience and fluency with tools like Figma, WordPress and Magento. A willingness to roll up sleeves and lead with humor is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in PM role at a brand, creative or marketing/digital agency.
• Experience translating brand identity into digital products.
• Comfortable using Figma and other digital tools related to web design, build and deployment.
• Experience managing both waterfall and agile projects across branding, design and digital.
• Proven ability to book agency resources, budget allocation and tracking.
• Hands-on with bespoke web builds, WordPress and ideally app build/Magento.
• Familiar with Productive PM, Asana and Trello.

Responsibilities

• Embedded in up to 4 accounts, manage digital workflows and liaise between accounts, strategy, creative and developers.
• Help streamline processes and PM tooling; take on studio/resource management when ready.
• Coordinate research, strategy, user journeys, wireframes, design, build, SEO, testing and launch.
• Lead multi-project planning with milestones, quality assurance and timely delivery.

Digital Project Manager & Studio Manager

Remote, South Africa

Remote/offshore or UK (min 3 days per week in office)

Fixed Term with a view to perm

We’re looking for a driven Senior Project Manager to join us for 6-12 months to alleviate our current workload with potential for a longer term fixed contract or permanent. You’ll be embedded in up to 4 accounts, managing digital workflows, liaising between accounts, strategy, creative and developers. Applicants must have at least 5 years’ agency experience. Must have experience working remotely. We work in place, property, infrastructure, and hospitality as well as with exciting challenger brands. It’s a busy but stimulating environment with a friendly, supportive team. A willingness to roll your sleeves up and a sense of humour will mean you fit in perfectly. We rarely work out late/out of hours. We’ll also need support streamlining our processes and PM tools. Ideally you will also be able to take on the role of studio / resource manager once you are familiar with our processes and the wider team.

Reporting to - Dan Templeton-King, Client Director. Working with Managing Partner and Creative Partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in PM role at brand, creative or marketing/digital agency including web development, animation, digital marketing. Solid knowledge of the marketing mix
• Experience translating brand identity into digital products
• Comfortable using Figma and other digital tools related to web design, build and deployment
• Able to deal with both multi phased waterfall projects with cross phase dependencies and also agile sprints - bringing together the branding, design and digital parts of a project to happen at the right points
• Experienced at booking agency resource, budget allocation and tracking
• Must have bespoke web build experience and be comfortable managing the whole process from research, strategy, user journey, wire framing, design, build, onsite SEO, testing and launch as well as dev ops and developer processes. Must be comfortable with Wordpress and ideally app build and Magento. (E-commerce not required)
• Adept at using AI tools to drive efficiency and improve outputs
• Ideally will have infrastructure, property and place branding experience
• Familiar with Productive PM, Asana, Trello software
