Jellyfish is seeking a Project Manager to drive client projects from initiation to delivery, monitoring schedules, budgets, and quality. You will coordinate with digital marketing, analytics, CRM, and ad tech teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes that meet client goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management in the digital marketing agency space.
• Understanding of waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading multiple digital marketing projects including paid media, data analytics, CRM and ad tech implementations.
• Experience managing project finances within budgetary constraints.
• Experience or certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge or certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and GMP.

• Manage projects to ensure understanding of strategic goals.
• Collaborate with partners to define goals, deliverables and success metrics.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines and risk assessments.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and teams; promote transparency and trust.
• Support junior team members by addressing skill gaps and escalation needs.
• Provide revenue and pace insights to ensure adherence to scope and budget.
• Escalate issues with the client; work with client manager to address them.
