Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency seeking a Retail Media Manager to drive media performance and account growth. You will manage sponsored advertising and DSP activations across retail networks, primarily Amazon, ensuring budgets are delivered accurately and on time.

Collaborate across global teams, present actionable insights, and stay ahead of retail media trends. This role values collaboration, accountability and a data-driven approach in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail media in an agency setting.
• Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP).
• Experience with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and/or Pacvue.
• Strong track record of managing complex retail media budgets.
• Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; able to produce high-quality documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise retail media campaigns across retail networks (primarily Amazon).
• Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.
• Independently complete BAU tasks including campaign builds, daily pacing, optimization and reporting.
• Support the creation of professional client-facing documents with clear, actionable insights.
• Interface with clients via written, phone and in-person communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign goals and objectives.
• Stay abreast of new tools, trends and best practices.
