Job summary

NTT DATA in Durban is seeking a Senior Team Lead, DevOps to guide a high performing DevOps team and align design, build, release and support activities with business goals. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement DevOps strategy, drive continuous delivery, and ensure reliable, scalable operations across the portfolio in a hybrid working environment.

• DevOps certification preferred.
• Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage DevOps operations and coordinate product design with business operations.
• Work with stakeholders to implement DevOps strategy.
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of processes and tooling.
• Support agile software development from development to production.
• Ensure continuous delivery through automated deployment and testing.
• Monitor service quality and automate testing.
• Plan system tests including software security testing.
• Manage tickets to maintain uptime and production quality.
• Lead and coach team members and allocate work.
• Draft and maintain support procedures.
