Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Team Lead, DevOps to drive operations, delivery pipelines and collaboration across stakeholders. You will lead a DevOps team delivering scalable and reliable software, with emphasis on automation, CI/CD and security practices.

The role requires solid leadership, a background in DevOps and cloud platforms, and a track record of guiding multi-disciplinary teams through complex deployments in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• DevOps and Agile certifications are preferred for this leadership role.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) knowledge and certification are desirable.
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as Bash, Python or Ruby is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manages DevOps operations and coordinates design, development and product launches.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to execute the DevOps strategy across portfolios.
• Oversees design, development and implementation of processes, tools and capabilities.
• Supports lifecycle of product/portfolio with agile software development to production.
• Leads delivery pipeline for continuous deployment and automated testing.
• Monitors operational quality and enables automated testing for reliability.
• Allocates team responsibilities and supervises personnel and workloads.
• Plans system and acceptance tests, including software security testing.
