Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a seasoned DevOps/Platform Engineer to build and manage production-grade Kubernetes environments across cloud and hybrid infrastructure. You will develop IaC with Terraform, automate and optimise AWS/Azure environments, and lead Helm deployments and container workloads.

You’ll implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and support CI/CD pipelines, while mentoring juniors and advancing DevOps practices in a dynamic fintech context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud or Platform roles.
• Strong Linux system administration background.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes clusters and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage production-grade Kubernetes environments across cloud and hybrid infrastructure
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Automate, secure, and optimise cloud environments in AWS and/or Azure
• Manage advanced Helm deployments and containerised workloads
• Implement observability and monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alloy, and Tempo
• Support CI/CD pipelines and streamline software delivery processes
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure challenges and drive platform reliability
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to DevOps best practices
