Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a senior software/engineering leader to standardise requirements management and DevOps across complex projects. You will establish traceability, influence architecture choices, and drive modern CI/CD practices in regulated contexts.

You will implement secure development practices, configure infrastructure, and build dashboards to monitor metrics, while guiding teams through cloud and containerized deployments.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in software, systems, or product development environments.
• Strong experience in Requirements Management and DevOps.
• Experience with safety-critical or regulated industries highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and improvement of requirements management practices across engineering projects.
• Establish and maintain requirement traceability from concept through verification and validation.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, and related DevOps tooling.
• Drive Agile and DevOps adoption across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Configure and manage development infrastructure, user authentication systems, and deployment environments.
• Design dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor engineering performance and project metrics.
• Support cloud-based infrastructure deployments and containerized environments.
• Maintain legacy development tools and facilitate migration to modern platforms.
• Contribute to cybersecurity compliance and secure development practices.
