Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a seasoned DevOps/Platform Engineer to build and manage production-grade Kubernetes environments across cloud and hybrid infrastructure. You will develop IaC with Terraform, automate and optimise AWS/Azure environments, and lead Helm deployments and container workloads.

You’ll implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and support CI/CD pipelines, while mentoring juniors and advancing DevOps practices in a dynamic fintech context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud or Platform roles.
• Strong Linux system administration background.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes clusters and cloud services.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years\' experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles


• Strong Linux administration and engineering background


• Hands-on experience building, administering, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters


• Deep expertise in AWS or Azure cloud environments


• Proven Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform


• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell


• Solid understanding of cloud security, governance, and networking principles


• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and understand application architecture

Bonus Points For

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or similar certification


• Experience within fintech or other regulated environments


• Advanced database administration and optimisation experience


• GitLab CI/CD exposure
