Synergy Jobs (Pty) Ltd in Midrand seeks a Senior Debtors Clerk to manage the debtors book, collect outstanding amounts, and maintain data accuracy. You will work under the Group Debtors Manager, ensuring timely payments and compliance with POPIA/FICA.

The role requires 5+ years in a related environment, matric with credit management, and preferably experience with SAGE X3. Regular client visits and collaboration with BU managers are expected.

Qualificações

• Experience collecting from debtors and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Contact customers to collect outstanding amounts.
• Achieve monthly targets for book value and reduce DSO.
• Maintain and update debtor records in the system.
• Prepare cash forecasts and monitor credit limits.
• Participate in weekly reviews with BU and Account Managers.
• Visit customers as required to resolve queries and collect payments.
